Consumer Marketing Manager


RateX is a smart shopping assistant that aims to help online shoppers save their time and effort. Our mission is to automate the manual and tedious process of online shopping.

We’re looking to expand our efforts and empower more shoppers across Southeast Asia. We are expanding our team to hire a Consumer Marketing Manager.

As a Consumer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of customer acquisition, including offline campaigns and online paid marketing. As part of the consumer marketing team, in Singapore, you will be working closely with local teams and regional stakeholders to drive customer acquisition in Singapore and S.E.A. If you’re an experienced growth hacker who values autonomy, this could be the role for you.

who you are

  • A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented individual with strong performance record
  • At least 1-2 years of prior experience in consumer tech startups
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent writing skills
  • Growth hacking mentality and holistic view of marketing strategy to drive results along the customer journey
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset


  • End-to-end planning, development, implementation and coordination of marketing ideas, both in online and offline space
  • Design and execute digital media strategies and leverage on paid marketing channels to drive company growth
  • Make data-driven decisions utilizing internal tools, to measure and optimize channel/ campaign effectiveness
  • Conceptualize, organize and maintain campaign content, ensuring its accuracyand relevance
  • Work closely with multiple owners to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and user engagement
At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing & growth.
